La Pièce De Kayla

Getting up in seven hours to fly to Denver to get Kayla. Both of us, Katrina's mom, and both girls are going. I've been home from work all week on emergency leave, owing to Kat's accident on the stairs on Saturday (a nasty fall over a dog toy resulting in a torn ligament in her left foot). Needless to say, she's been out of commission, and I've been pulling double duty as both mom and dad, taking care of Katrina, shuttling the girls to wherever they were going, taking care of regular household chores, and putting together Kayla's room. All I can say is, I'm so glad Kat finished the painting before the accident, otherwise the paint job wouldn't be quite so exquisite. The theme is Disney Princesses, featuring Belle, Snow White, Cinderella, and Aurora (Sleeping Beauty to you).
