Paul! Paul!! PAUL!!!

So my mom-in-law just called to tell me that Sir Paul McCartney is going to be playing the Rose Garden in Portland on Friday, November 4th, and tickets go on sale this coming Saturday morning.

I smashed my head against the wall in frustration with myself that I didn't go see him when he was here last, a couple years ago. I don't know why I didn't get tickets, I really don't.

I know some of you are saying "so what?" and musing on just how entertaining a guy in his 60s can be.

That's not the point.

The point is, it's Paul McCartney.

And, if I have to explain it to you, you just won't get it.
